• Thanks to Mark, Vic and Sheila for going down to Pensacola and rescuing 100 plants from the rescue site! The trip has attracted much attention towards our growing program.
• Ryan has sent out tax deductions receipts for donations received during our 2012 auction

• Mark is reporting that Week’s Bay has 60 volunteers! Thank you all for your support!
• Tim Day from the Community and Environment Bureau of Water Quality and Land Management Division has requested more information regarding the rescue site in Pensacola, FL.
• Our annual Board of Directors elections are coming up. Nominations for any position will be accepted until 9 PM Eastern on 1/17/2013 at the election meeting. Nominations can be made by e-mailing Yann Rodenas at [email protected].
• We will have a special meeting on Sunday, 12/30/2012 at 9 PM Eastern to discuss plans for the upcoming rescue and relocation.

• An article was published regarding the Pensacola rescue.
• Minor details regarding the trip down to the rescue sites were discussed
• Shane is finalizing T-shirts for the rescue mission

• Jim Miller will be present to film the rescue on one of the Florida sites
• Vote: $200 will go toward the southern Florida volunteer group for gas money
• All volunteer liability waivers will be handed over to the rescue site property owners at least 1 week prior to the rescue
• The Nature Conservancy will receive a large portion of the rescued plants
